Queensbrook Children's Nursery cater for children aged from 6 weeks to 4 years 11 months and is conveniently situated off Spa Road and is within walking distance of Bolton town centre. Registered by Ofsted for 47 children, it occupies a large site with extensive outdoor facilities including a huge sandpit, barked area and wooden log cabins. It also benefits from a large private car park.

Kathryn the owner of the nursery has a degree in Early Childhood Studies and Early Years Professional Status, Susanne the Manager has a Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies. Although the setting is fairly new (opened Sept 2011) both Kathryn, Susanne and the staff hold extensive and varied qualifications together with many years of experience.

Staff work tirelessly to ensure each child and family develop good positive relationships with the nursery whilst the children learn and develop at their own pace in a trusted, safe and secure environment.

FREE places available for 2, 3 and 4 year olds....

Parents and carers are advised to apply for a place for their child as early as possible.

Appointments are not necessary for visiting our nursery, however making an appointment to visit will ensure that someone will be available and can spend some time with you. Please be aware though that in order to safeguard the children in our care, you will be asked to sign in, and provide a form of identification at recpetion in order to look around the rooms inside the nursery.

It is also a good idea to make a list of questions to ask the staff showing you round so that you won't forget anything important.

After applying for a place using our application forms, parents will be informed as soon as possible as to whether a place is available from the date required.

If this is accepted, a non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required to secure your childs place and then when the child starts at the nursery fees will be requested always in advance of the following week/month.

It may be necessary to place a child’s name on the waiting list should the place not be available from the date required.
