The app provide the users with a reliable and secure channel of communication with health care providers.

with pharmacies :

contact your pharmacy (or a new one) and submit a new prescription by sending a picture taken of it

sending the time and date the pick up (or delivery if applicable) is requested

allows the pharmacy to contact the user to inform him that his/her request was received, processed or ready.

allows the pharmacy to contact the user to send him some different health related material (medication information, heath tips.. etc)

allows the pharmacy to contact the patients to inform them of any useful information regarding change in working hours, new services offered, discount fliers, drug recalls,... etc

allows the pharmacy to contact the patients to provide them with reminders that would help with medication compliance (ie : medication administration calendar reminder)

the app can also contact the users to inform them of any important messages regarding drug recalls or any heath related warnings
