Hebrew Nikud Keyboard

1) The nikud panel is now not appearing in english or other languages.
2) Now it is posible to add a top row of numbers (or of navigation). Enter "Settings"->Top/Bottom Rows" and change the top row.
3) New symbols screens. RAFE, HATAAMA and METEG symbols were added to the second screen.
4) The new hebrew standard layout (1452-2) was added to the keyboard! Enter "Settings"-->"Languages" and select the "Hebrew alternative" language from the list.
