One hand gently grasps fingers of the other hand while inspiring words slowly move across the screen. The animations follow the breathing rhythm of the user, who concentrates on a specific organ. After a few minutes, a gong sounds, followed by an alternation of encompassing hands and fingers.

The harmonious images in the background change regularly, but can also be changed by the user.
