The app that plays simulations using GPS data as smartphone location information

The "Gpssim" app is a service-type app that plays simulations using GPS data as smartphone location information.

Simulate location movement without receiving location information from GPS, such as when using a GPS logger that is not compatible with the app, or developing or testing an app that handles location information.

To play GPS data, simply select the GPS data you want to play and tap the START button.

You can start Google Maps by playing it immediately, waiting for a while, or playing it.

For the GPS data to be played, register the data output in NMEA format or the data of GPS DrivingRecorder Archive using "Import GPS data" or "Record GPS data"

You can also use graphs that give you an overview of speed and locus, motion playback, and a viewer that allows you to analyze GPS data.

◆Things to note

This app is a mock location app that overwrites your smartphone's location information with GPS data.

For this reason, it is necessary to set it to developer mode and select "Gpssim" as the mock location app.

Additionally, some apps may prohibit operation in mock locations.

◆Easy to use

Prepare GPS data to play (sample data is provided within the app)

①Launch the app and tap "Import GPS data" → "NMEA0183 format" from the menu.

Select the file in the dialog that appears.

②Tap "Launch map" in operation mode.

If you want to use an app other than Maps, start the app.

If the app requires operation, select the operation mode such as "Start in 10 seconds".

③Tap the GPS data you want to play from the GPS data list and tap the START button.

④Launch Maps and start playing GPS data.

If you need to operate an app other than Maps, do so before starting playback.

⑤When the GPS data playback is finished, it will stop automatically.

If you want to stop playing midway through, tap the STOP button.

You can stop and end playback from the notification screen.
