Turn your Android device into a mobile exam companion and generate audit proofs digitally with local clients. You can transfer this evidence securely via the DATEV data center into your audit file to your reviewer PC.

AP mobile opens up a variety of recording and documentation options. You can capture text messages, scan single and multi-page documents, take photos, and record voice messages (audio file). These possibilities can be combined with each other. This allows you to attach media files such as photos, PDFs and audio recordings to your text message, thus providing comprehensible and meaningful audit evidence. In addition, you can create and use a registry template for your notes. By specifying the associated classification term (client, consultant number and reporting year), your audit evidence is automatically assigned to the correct order.

Your recorded test records from the DATEV data center can be downloaded directly via the DATEV product "Final examination mobile administration" for further processing. This provides a secure and efficient way to include digital audit evidence in your audit documentation.

Authentication takes place with the DATEV SmartLogin app.

Using the AP mobile app on a rooted device is prohibited!
