Added support for bumping orders with a keypad
The last order marked "DONE" can now be recalled to the in-progress screen by hitting backspace on a 10-key or a keyboard
Line items appear in the order in which they were entered
Fixed bug which caused the app to freeze when internet drops
Fixed bug to show orders without associated Clover devices as indicated in crash report
Added smaller order age options and option for displaying oldest or newest orders first
