Beautiful Sunryegil

Sunryegil, a Journey along the Religious Sites.

This application introduces Sunryegil, a Korean pilgrimage route developed in Jeollabuk-do for religious harmony. Consisting of nine courses, the whole route starts from the Jeonju Hanok Village and extends for 240km in circular form to finish where you start your journey.

You can visit various religious facilities and sites while walking along the route. Nabawi Holy Ground is known for its cathedral which was founded in commemoration of Father Andrew Kim Dae-geon, and Hyojadong Church has been committed to its ministry of the Gospel since its first service in 1923. Also, Songgwangsa, a Buddhist temple established about 1200 years ago, represents Korean Buddhism, while Iksan Holy Ground is recognized as a significant site in the history of Won Buddhism in Korea.
